How updates arrive
Once a Pro plugin is activated with your key, updates appear in your own WordPress dashboard like any other plugin — nothing to download by hand.

Lost your key?
Ask the portal to send it to the address you bought with. If that address is gone too, write to us and we will find the purchase together — we can look it up, we just cannot change it for you.
