Every plugin starts free on wordpress.org and extends with the Pro version. Licences and updates through Freemius.
Adds the courier surcharge for hard-to-reach destinations: small islands, lagoons, mountain villages, places served only by cable car. It recognises the address at checkout and puts the extra on a line of its own, naming the zone it found.
