The address is read at checkout, the zone is recognised by name, and the extra appears on a line of its own before the total. The customer sees what they are paying for, and so do you when the order arrives.

The free version covers the country you ship from. The Pro version covers the rest of the world and keeps the carrier data current for you, week by week.

A problem on our side never stops a sale. If the data cannot be reached, the plugin carries on with the last copy it holds and says so in the admin, where you can see it and the customer cannot.

The problem it solves

Couriers charge extra to deliver where it is hard to get: small islands, lagoons, high mountains, places reached only by a cable car, territories overseas. WooCommerce has no way to account for it, so that cost quietly comes out of the margin of the shop, order after order, and nobody notices until the year is counted.

What it does

The admin panel: active rules, covered countries, tiers

It recognises the place, not just the postcode

The same postcode can cover an island and the mainland behind it. The engine matches on postcode, town, locality and province together, and tells you which zone it recognised, so a surcharge is never a guess.

The extra appears as a separate cost line before the total, carrying the name of the zone that was recognised. The customer sees what they are paying for, and so do you when the order comes in.

The free version covers the country your shop ships from. The Pro version covers every country, adds the carrier datasets — BRT, GLS, DHL and the others — and keeps them current with a weekly sync, instead of leaving you with whatever was true on the day of the release.
