The short version: this website collects nothing about you. No analytics, no tracking, no cookies of its own, and nothing loaded from anyone else’s server. The longer version follows, including what will change when the newsletter and the contact form go live.

Who is responsible

Emanuele Gugliuzza — Mentora, a division of Cult ID Network — Sanremo, Italy.

What this site collects today

Nothing. Browsing these pages sets no cookie, runs no analytics and sends no request to any third party: every font, script, image and stylesheet is served from this site. That is a deliberate choice, and it is checked rather than assumed — see the cookie page for how.

The hosting provider keeps technical server logs, as every web server does: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser. They exist to keep the service running and secure, and we do not use them for anything else.

What will change, and when

The newsletter. The form on this site is not active yet. Once it is, your address will be handled by Brevo, in France, inside the European Union — not stored in this site’s database. You will confirm the subscription by email and you can leave at any time from the link in every message.

The contact form. Not active yet either. When it is, what you write will be forwarded to us by email and will not be saved on this site.

Buying a plugin. Purchases do not happen here. They happen on Freemius, which is the merchant of record: the contract is between you and them, and they handle your payment and billing details. See the refunds page.

This page is updated before any of these go live, not after.

The plugins themselves

Mentora plugins run on your own WordPress installation. The data they handle — bookings, maps, tables — stays on your server, and we never see it. We receive nothing from an installed plugin except what Freemius collects for licensing, and only if you agreed to it when you installed.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, portability, and you can object to a processing or withdraw a consent you gave. Write to info@mentoralabs.it and we will answer within one month.

Since this site holds no personal data of visitors, a request about the newsletter goes to Brevo and a request about a purchase goes to Freemius. We will tell you which, and help you get there.

You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Changes to this page

The date at the top says when this text last changed. If what we do changes, this page changes first.
