For studios, practices, salons and small places to stay

Clients book from a page of your own site and see only the slots that are really free. You work from a second page, with a login of your own, and you never have to open the WordPress dashboard.

Confirmations and reminders leave on their own, by email, WhatsApp or Telegram. Nothing is written down twice, so there is nothing that can disagree.

Three things are declared as coming and are not here yet: online payments, incoming calendars and a REST API. Saying so costs less than being asked.

Small studios and practices take bookings by phone, by email and in a paper diary at the same time. Double bookings are not an accident, they are the normal outcome. Mentora Book puts the diary on the site that clients already visit, and keeps one copy of the truth instead of three.

The booking form goes on a page of your site with a shortcode. Clients pick a service, a day and a time, and they only ever see what is actually free. Whoever runs the place works from a second page, with a login of their own: they never have to open the WordPress dashboard.

The reminder sent 24 hours before, with the whole set beside it

Reminders that go out on their own

Thirteen notifications are built in, from the confirmation to the reminder the day before, and they go out by email, by WhatsApp or by Telegram. With the Pro version you write your own, and you decide when each one leaves.

Every field of the booking: whether to ask for it, and whether it is required

Everything the booking has to carry

For anyone who issues invoices, the Pro version adds the customer in full, the fields to book as a company, documents uploaded by the customer, and arrival and departure for places that are booked by the night rather than by the hour.
